Terms of service

These terms describe the intended use of the Cliniment clinic-management software in this deployment.

Software service

Cliniment provides tools for appointments, schedules, patients, services, teams, public booking pages, analytics, notifications, and software subscription management. It does not provide medical advice or clinical care.

Account responsibility

Account holders are responsible for authorized access, accurate clinic information, appropriate use of patient contact data, and complying with the laws and professional obligations applicable to their practice.

Appointment requests

A public booking submission is a request and remains pending until the clinic accepts it. Availability may change before confirmation.

15-day trial

A new eligible workspace receives 15 days of trial access from creation. No credit card is collected for the trial and no payment is taken automatically. Plan limits still apply. When access expires, clinical features pause while account access, billing, owner data export and deletion requests remain available. Expiry does not delete clinic records. Deletion requests require a retention and backup review before any approved deletion is scheduled.

Subscriptions

Plan features and usage limits are shown in the active Cliniment plan catalog. Advertising, campaign management, and third-party provider costs are not included unless expressly stated.

Deployment notice

Production operators should have these terms reviewed and completed for their jurisdiction before launching the service publicly.
