A practicing owner counts as a clinician; an administrative owner counts as staff. Invitations do not reserve seats. No permanent free plan or old appointment allowance. Operational storage and email capacity still apply.

How does the trial work?
Eligible new clinics receive 15 days, with no card or automatic charge. Your data is retained when the trial ends.
How do payments and renewals work?
Choose a configured option in Billing, create a quote, transfer to the official account and submit private image proof. Access changes only after independent verification. Renewals preserve remaining paid time; tier changes are scheduled after your paid period.
What happens if a renewal is late?
Established verified manual-payment subscribers receive seven days of renewal grace. This does not extend the free trial or apply after deliberate cancellation or security suspension.
What is not included?
Patient invoicing, prescriptions, lab/pharmacy, automated WhatsApp and multi-branch workflows are not included in the current offer. Advanced custom roles and advanced financial analytics are not available.
What about taxes, refunds and support?
Confirm applicable tax treatment, annual cancellation/refund terms and support arrangements with Cliniment before payment. No response-time guarantee or automatic renewal is implied.
Your data stays yours.
Billing, owner export and deletion requests remain available after ordinary subscription expiry. Expiry never deletes your clinical records.
